Saturday was the night of my prom and a lot of you asked if I could show what I wore on the blog, so here we go.

There are definitely easier things to do than picking a prom dress. As I thought about the ideal dress two things came to my mind: white and a deep back. I was convinced there wasn't a chance of me finding a dress that combined both - but surprisingly I found the exact dress I was imagining after clicking through what felt like every single online shop in the world. The stylestalker Minmal dress at asos. But that's not the end of the story, since unfortunately it was SOLD OUT. You can imagine how annoyed I was.. but it must have been fate because a few days later a single dress came back on sale, someone must've sent it back, AND it was my size! Of course I ordered it immediately and was as happy as can be. I wanted to keep it simple so I chose silver accessories - a glitter clutch, the new Nelly heels and a rhinestone collier - and silver smokey eyes, silver nailpolish and simple curls.

Hey guys - yes I am alive, haha. Really sorry for the lack of updates recently, I've had quite a lot going on in the past few days. Well at the moment, Yonas is staying with me until Monday :) Pictures to come!

This morning, I received two lovely packages: one from Mr.Spex with these amazing Michael Kors Crosby cateye sunglasses and one from Nelly.de containing the sweater from Nowhere which I'm wearing on the pictures above and perfect white heels à la Louis Vuitton. I'll post some close up pictures of the items in a few days :)

Ever since I bought my adorable Mulberry Cookie wallet in February I've been thinking about adding a strap to turn it into a tiny bag, but I couldn't find a good one. Then today I somehow got the idea to use the strap from my Alexa bag, which worked perfectly, I love the result :) I have no idea how I haven't thought of it before!

Met Gala 2012 // Best dressed

The Met Gala is THE event for superstars and topmodels to team up with their favourite designers and to make an appearance in extravagant and elaborate haute-couture. I guess there's no red carpet where the line between stunning and terrible is as thin as at the Met. Whilst clicking through the images on style.com me and my sister were either extremely delighted or shocked. This is my 2012 best dressed list:

Worst dressed: Kristen Stewart (ugh,seriously?? I have no words for that), Florence Welch and somehow, I have no idea how that could happen, Alexa Chung, she looked like a primary school teacher gone domina and the dress didn't really fit her... really dissapointed.
